A reminder – this is the time of the Perseid meteor show. The event peaks between August 12 and 14.
Over the course of a typical year, seven different regular meteor showers can be seen in our night skies. They are:
Perseids: summer (August)
Orionids: fall (October)
Leonids: fall (November)
Geminids: winter (December)
Quadrantids: winter (January)
Lyrids: spring (April)
Eta Aquarids: spring (May)
I’ll keep you posted!
